my dad who served in the navy, has swam in open water and taught me to be unafraid of the sea has recently turned 65 and decided his swimming skills aren’t best enough. we’re now waiting until this winter passes so he can enrol himself as a beginner in swimming classes and you can show up in life in full spirit just like that, always.
