You can do it at home with the new eIDs if you have a id card that was issued in the last few days. The card basically signs proofs over nfc(?) and tells you what it's signing.

It's in the postident app, but perhaps the requesting service has to enable it? I was surprised for once how modern and automated the feature was. Ah its in my aufenthaltstitel or niederlassungserlaubnis or whatever card you have, I'm not German either :D
