Gm Trying to onboard a new fren at devcon, based in china. Has tried to join FC previous & failed as the $3 joining fee can only be accepted off chain? His bank won’t allow. surprised this can’t be done via stables? Interestingly I found @recaster-fc worked for me in Shanghai airport whilst Warpcast didn’t
