Not working out is tough. Once you are so used to working out and playing soccer everyday, taking time off is hard. It feels weird. I’m also halfway through my 2 week recovery week, just focusing on rest, stretching, and getting back to full health. But it still feels weird everyday. Anyone feel what I’m saying?

No athlete accepts recovery is necessary. Glad youre focusing on things most neglect. Go meditate or go on a hike. They are my favorite recommendations for slowing down the spastic athlete mind.
