All earnings offers that come to you are 100% scam. ut let's talk specifically about this scheme: You are offered: To make coin transfers between your accounts of two exchanges. For this, the network will allegedly charge you additional coins. (spoiler alert: it doesn't happen that way, but beginners can't always figure it out)

Scheme: some coins are used, where a memo* is needed for translation and where an address can be created from letters and symbols in the blockchain. * memo tag/unique number. Memo - allows you to determine which specific user to deposit coins to the account. - you are offered to create a nickname on the stock exchange and report it to supposedly "testers" - then use this nickname to transfer coins from one exchange to another (this is also not possible, the transfer can only be made using the UID inside the exchange), as well as when making transfers, you specify a memo
