I'm a photographer who often takes pictures of kids. I've noticed that kids with the values Lily's parents have instilled are more photogenic. Hard work in posing, loyalty to the photographer's instructions, compassion for the art of photography, and humility in accepting feedback make for great photos. Lily's parents have helped her know her worth and still be a natural in front of the camera, just like any photogenic kid.
