I build on @base.base.eth if I were u high upside low downside > the l2 with the highest potential > the l2 with the biggest backing > the l2 with the or one of the best dapps > the l2 with one of the most transaction > the l2 with the team constantly telling you to talk/build/transact > the l2 with high and real organic activity > the l2 with likely the best airdrop ever (like a hyperliquid level pull) I put some focus here if I were u be it on Base app or whatever
