what if all this "biological clock" abstraction is just bs? @dromar.eth what if it's a construct to talk about things that we think we can control but in reality have no control over b/c they aren't real things and just figment of our imagination? blind leading blind, intellectual yet idiot kinda shit?

Most of it has been just obscure values akin to health scores. Organ specific clocks may be of most use, but again research focused for relative response. For absolute determination, its a crap shoot with some studies/accounts reporting ranges spanning 30 years among the tests lol. I dont use widely yet, but PhenoAge has been the most consistent and may be turning that corner. But more data is needed. Having said that, the true utility of these tests are hard to justify in terms of intervention. My management will not change based on a results and it usually just shows what we already know may be the causal issue.
