None of social media deserves our 24/7 attention. But I know what you mean nI got caught in this trap back in April, but now I try to balance: time with family and friends, time for yoga and reading, and for irl work. nI def can see drop of engagement on my page (maybe I’m not that active or people overall reconsidered the time spent here), but I choose myself now
