According to forecaster Alexander Kolesov, for the first time in 160 years, St. Petersburg will be flooded in July. Due to the passage of a cyclone, a strong westerly wind is expected to intensify, which is not typical for the summer period. Because of this, a strong wind of up to 25 m/s is expected, as well as heavy rain. The flood will occur around 6-9 am on July 4, the water will rise to 170-190 cm, the forecaster claims.
