I implemented full testing stack with Maestro within our CI when I was working on Bloomberg Connects. Very useful tool, the main challenge was how long it would take to run larger testing suites considering this type of E2E testing can be somewhat tedious. I found their flow creation tools to be very useful though. In addition to this I added chaos testing with firebase testing suite. That provided us a lot higher level of sanity when it came to the majority of android devices. Definitely great for catching crashes or regressions early in the main flows of your app.
