many prefer the term “Operational Neural Knowledge System,” but that’s not the original meaning of ONKS. originally, it stood for “Operational Nominal Knowledge System”, this was the name we used when building a semi-autonomous AI agent. we used an RTX GPU, 16GB RAM, libraries, and a model. operating entirely offline, without external requests, the system responded to a limited set of prompts and used a restricted number of tools to create some art, that’s it
