Privacy is not an add-on for digital infrastructure but a fundamental design principle. Networks that resolve states deterministically and verify cryptographically at scale protect participants without centralizing power. True digital sovereignty is achieved when identity, communication, and processes are secured by default at the protocol layer. Anything else only shifts risk downstream.
