The difference is almost always the question you asked it (the "prompt"). Garbage in, garbage out. The problem is there's never been a way to actually measure how good a prompt is before you use it. It's all vibes. So I built PQS, Prompt Quality Score. You paste in your AI prompt, it scores it across 8 dimensions (things like clarity, specificity, context) and tells you exactly what to fix.
