The moment I've stopped judging products by features. The design, UI, smooth demos all that matters, but it doesn’t tell you if something will last. When I look at a product now, I think about three quieter things: Who paid for it to exist because money always comes with pressure and expectations. Where it could realistically go wrong most failures aren’t dramatic, they’re structural. And why someone would still be using it after the first week attention is cheap, retention isn’t. Hype fades fast. The structure underneath is what decides everything.
