I don’t know what you call it. I searched and found it referred to as bitter orange or sour orange, probably. But we call it Narange. It exists in West Asia and Wstern Europe. especially in Spain and Portugal; I know it grows even in the streets there. It should be used before it becomes bitter. It has an excellent sour taste that goes wonderfully with food, especially with Salmon or any kind of fish.
Just cut a wedge from the middle and squeeze it to let the juice drip over the food. 😋
