The only thing that's given me energy lately is hunting for good deals on teenage engineering gear on Reverb or eBay lmao 🐸
It's insane how much fun this is for me and I'm happy I have at least something to look forward to everyday that I actually have the energy for — worrying about paying for it is a future problem 😇
Besides that I am now learning about music theory via hackmusictheory.com which has been going a lot smoother than my other tries with different books and I'm already interested in the video course 👀
I am still keeping up with journaling as well which I've noticed how impactful it is just to get my racing thoughts out on e-ink paper plus it has helped with my day to day clarity since dealing with brain fog 😶🌫️
At least I don't feel like I'm getting worse anymore, I just want to be able to live like I was before...
