According to Ostorozhno Novosti, the Oktyabrsky District Court heard the case of 59-year-old Andrey V. He was charged with discrediting the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because three years ago the man posted a link to a video by politician Maksim Katz on his VK page. The video was called "Monstrous shelling of Kharkov. What war leads to" and was dedicated to military actions in Ukraine.
