Ripe peaches: 2, peeled and sliced
Fresh ginger: 1-inch piece, sliced
Black tea bags or loose black tea: 2-3 bags or teaspoons
Ice cubes: as needed
Honey or agave syrup: to taste
Boil peaches and ginger in water, add black tea bags or loose tea, steep, and strain. Chill and serve over ice, sweetened with honey or agave syrup.
