If you think you’re going to make money in the crypto market, I have bad news for you. This is a market, just like the stock market, and in a market money doesn’t appear out of nowhere. It moves from one pocket to another, and not from the pockets of the poor. If you believe otherwise, you’re still trapped in an illusion.
If you think you’re going to get rich working a regular job, I have another piece of bad news. Most of the profit your labor generates ends up in your employer’s pocket and in the state’s pocket. If you believe otherwise, if you think this doesn’t apply to you, you’re living in yet another illusion.
The only way, with a much higher probability, to become well off is to work hard and consistently.
Work for yourself. Ideally, do highly skilled work or truly unique creative work. Become an expert. Or there’s the second option: be born a genius or simply be lucky.
Don’t live in illusions. Markets equal poverty. Work and expertise equal a chance to step outside the system. And yes, there’s also the psychological factor, but that’s a completely different story.
At the end of the day, you still have a choice. You can keep chasing comforting stories, or you can take responsibility and build a path that actually changes your life.
