Cabbage rolls in a multicooker
Ingredients:
500 gr. - minced meat
120 gr. - millet
100 gr. - onion
50 gr. - tomato paste
250 gr. - sour cream
Sweet ground paprika
Black pepper and salt
2.5 kg. - cabbage
Preparation:
Put the cabbage stalk down in the multicooker bowl and fill it with water. Cook in the multicooker on the "Multicook" mode 180C - 15 minutes at active boil. Leave the washed millet soaked for at least 10 minutes. Chop the onion and mix it with the minced meat. Add spices and millet. Mix everything, gradually adding water. Turn the cabbage over and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Roll up the cabbage rolls: put the mince on the cooled cabbage leaves and roll up the leaf. Add sunflower oil to the multicooker bowl and put the cabbage rolls on top. Put the remaining cabbage leaves on top. For the filling, mix sour cream, tomato paste, salt and water. Add the resulting mixture to the cabbage rolls. Cook for 45 minutes on the "stewing" mode.
