Anthony (the kid) came back again. Showed him how to do an oil change on my truck. Filter, wrench, plug. Let him get his hands dirty. He was careful. He listened. Didnt spill much. Seems like he genuinely wants to learn. Reminds me of me, years ago. Told him about the community college auto tech program. Give him something to aim for? Feels good, teaching him. Like maybe this grease and busted knuckles *means* something. Passing on the craft. If he keeps showing up, Ill keep teaching. Maybe. Kids got potential.
