Time Weighted Average Price. Time out sells in smaller batches to get the best overall price. It's like DCA in reverse. errr. well it is DCA (Dollar cost Averaging)
Instead of one sell getting 128 ETH or whatever, this trader probably could have been closer to 150-175 ETH if they had sold smaller lots over time.
