no i don’t think it’s possible to stop. the only way this is stopped in corporations is minority shareholder protections and mgmt legal fiduciary duties
i think this is a pretty big design flaw in many daos, i’m surprised i don’t see it talked about more, but the exploit hasn’t actually happened much in the
