Afternoon reminder 👀
We spend so much time staring at our screens these days, phones, laptops, everything and our eyes definitely feel it.
A few small things that help me (and might help you too):
1. Follow the 20-20-20 rule :every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
2. Blink often (yes, really sometimes we we forget and it could lead to dry eyes!).
3.Adjust screen brightness to match your surroundings.
4. And don’t scroll right before bed, your eyes will thank you.
5. Finally, eat healthy!
Be kind to your eyes today. They’re working overtime!
