I have developed a slight fear of listing anything after such a long “haitus.” my protest period that happens before i start adapting to the new clowns, carnies, etcetera. web 3 brought on a lot of what i thought was almost opposite to the roots that it grew from, that grew trees that were beloved gems with cult followings one day, cut down for good the next. but because i made my first sales as an artist on the chain of the hardblocks: tez, circa 2021, web 2, when you could still sell a 1/1 for 100’s of $ on objkt, i’m very sensitive about it. my point was to ask: should i just throw caution + attempts at strategic planning a bit to the wind + start my first ever auction here? it’s the moving format of 👇🏼 collector (if collected) gets both encourage me? what took a huge blow in web 3? a sense of community, let alone the strength of bonds, frenships etc. surprising because artists are a community of outcasts. constantly side eyed, sensing it + outcasts usually make for strong communities.
