It's really early (6am) and I've been successfully resisting replying to some rage-bait that another social media platform (Substack) dropped into my path two hours ago. It would feel so cathartic just to respond. Maybe I should respond? Get involved in the battle for hearts and minds going on in my nation state (the UK)? I know I should just leave it. I will just leave it. If I can't sleep I'll write an angry song.
