Itโs been a fun 4 days fr.
Yesterday (Day 3), I was among the speakers and shared my Web3 journey, plus tips on how newbies can avoid feeling overwhelmed in the space.
Today, the speakers talked about earning opportunities in Web3, and a couple also shared their personal journeys.
So much to learn from those stories, honestly. ๐โโ๏ธ

Chapter 1 โ The Departure
Vol. 1
They did not announce the move.
No farewell dinners. No long goodbyes. The house in Banana Island stayed exactly as it wasโart on the walls, flowers replaced every three days, the faint hum of the generator smoothing over power cuts like a practiced lie.
Lara noticed small things instead.
The way the security detail arrived earlier than scheduled.
How her husband checked the gate twice.
How the driver kept the engine running.
Her son slept through most of it, thumb in mouth, hair flattened on one side. She envied that kind of peace.
โDid you pack the blue folder?โ her husband asked, not looking at her.
โYes.โ
He nodded, satisfied. That was how decisions were made nowโefficient, quiet, final.

Yeah, theyโre right ๐
I waited till Jan 1 to take a couple of actions.
But now, itโs Jan 2 and I already skipped 3 things I considered important. ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
Lesson learned, but we move regardless ๐๐
