ZamaFHE relation with DeFi protocols DeFi blockchain systems today suffer from transparency that sometimes becomes a problems. Here are some specific problems @zama is targeting: 1: Privacy of Defi maxi balances Everything onchain is typically visible: transactions, balances, etc this is a barrier. Zama’s FHE approach allows for things like encrypted token balances, encrypted amounts in transfers. 2: Front‐running/MEV issues Because transaction data is public, bots or adversaries can see upcoming transactions in the mempool or detect onchain activity and exploit it. Encryption of transaction details can reduce or eliminate this vector. ZamaFHE looks like a very promising infrastructure for adding confidentiality to DeFi, without completely sacrificing composability or compatibility with existing EVM chains. #ZamaCreatorProgram on Farcaster
