I took a lil detour and found @cameronβs lil cove (I actually wrote it in my notes app so Iβd remember to check it out during the weekend) β¦ and bruhhh, when I tell you, heβs so real for this, Iβm not kidding
Like, painfully realβ¦
Itβs one of those monologues you want to laugh at, not because itβs wrong, but because it hits too close to home.
The number of times Iβve sat around, annoyed that someone βdumber than meβ is absolutely thriving in their lane, not because theyβre better than me, but because they stayed in the game long enough to get betterβ¦ is a little embarrassing.
And when he laid out the Dunning Kruger curve and was like, βdumb people live on Mount Stupid and never leave,β I almost threw my phone cause itβs so true, like offensively true π
The gag is: smart people get self-conscious. We love nuance. We canβt help seeing all the flaws, the gaps, the ways something could be better, so we stop ourselves

I agree with you, and yes I do not have anything against supplements, they just made me feel some type of way I didnβt like when lifting
for focus & energy β honestly, food is still king, donβt underestimate balanced carbs + protein before your workouts
if eggs are cheap where you live, thatβs even better, yolks especially are rich in choline, great for brain health & mood
old school bodybuilders knew whatβs up, just watch cholesterol if youβre sensitive
for protein β eggs (boiled, scrambled, poached, however you like), but also greek yogurt, beans, lentils, lean chicken, and even sardines/tuna.
if you do dairy, cottage cheese is a sleeper hit before bed
for sleep β try magnesium glycinate before bed (helps you relax, wonβt upset your stomach)
herbal teas like chamomile can calm your mind too and honestly? a warm shower + some light stretching after your workout works wonders, Iβm usually finished after this, straight up snooze π€£π€£ 1 reply
