2025 taught me a lot. Learned a lot of lessons, made some mistakes... but most importantly we zoned in on our mission and locked in a real go-to-market strategy for 2026. To everyone who's been riding with Shredding Sassy for a minute, and to all the new faces just learning what we're about - thank you. Genuinely. Here's what i believe: Aligned incentives are everything. Building brands on crypto rails isn't a gimmick... It's infrastructure that allows real culture and real alignment between a brand and its early community. We dropped our alignment paper recently. - 4.2% royalties enforced on our NFTs - 100% of that revenue going to buyback and burn - We're taking the collection from 6,200 down to 4,200 - More scarcity and demand with this mechanism to reward holders We have also committed to driving a meaningful amount of brand revenue into our $SHAKA treasury, to be used for: - Community rewards - Athlete support - Local impact On Base: I know there's a lot of noise right now. Creator coins have dominated the conversation and not everyone's happy with the direction/ focus. I get it. But i'm still bullish. Base has the resources to build a real onchain economy.. Shopify integration, USDC payments, decentralized social, mini apps. The convergence of finance, social and commerce is coming and i believe Base can be where it happens. Now for 2026: We've got 3 confirmed athletes heading to the winter olympic games in February. We're going all in on content - behind the scenes, athlete stories, and entertainment. This is where we prove something super important: Shredding Sassy stands on its own legs as a brand.. not because of crypto and definitely not because we are selling merch to our holders. I don't want to sell products to our core community. I want to build this brand WITH our core community... and prove that what we've created appeals far beyond it. Our hats are fire. Our pins are fire. Our mission is pure. My cofounder is a paralympic athlete whose entire purpose is supporting athletes and protecting our playgrounds. My purpose is building a brand on crypto rails with real alignment and real growth. We're clear on what we're doing and we're clear on why. I genuine believe Shredding Sassy is the most developed consumer brand building on Base right now.. and one of the best building anywhere in crypto. 2026 is going to be loud. Let's get it 🤙

Meme coins/Brand coins rally a community together. Everyone contributes, everyone spreads awareness, everyone benefits from the upside. It's a creation model. Creator coins are purely consumption. you buy to support the creator, but there's no way to contribute, build or help grow anything. you're just a customer. Base is pushing a consumption model on an audience that's wired for creation

If i'm baseapp right now: 1. Keep building creator coins quietly. Improve the education and tooling.. but stop shoving it in the face of existing users who clearly hate the model. (I personally see the vision but in its current state its doing more harm than good) 2. Listen to the builders who've been here since day one. They feel completely neglected - the sentiment is getting worse by the week and you're doing nothing to address it. 3. Change the default landing page to wallet or discovery... better yet, let users choose what they land on when opening the app. If someone wants the content feed ler them pick it but don't force everyone. 4. Add a dedicated mini apps discovery page. Right now theres just a search bar so its useless unless you know the name of what you're looking for. You've spent 2 years telling builders you'll be their distribution.. you've pushed everyone to build miniapps.. but you can't be the distribution when 1. its not even possible to surface the apps and 2. you only talk about creator coins
