Morning frens
i've been making these oyster pendants one at a time.
Hands in clay, once a week at the ceramic lab, still learning the material as I go.
the oyster felt like the right form from the start. armor that is also softness. a shell that makes something precious from what hurts it.
i couldn't think of a more honest shape to wear.
made one at a time. a practice of becoming. worn through an ordinary day.
