This maniac is just the result of a bad "side-effect" in the US of the last 50 years. Shit happens which can be corrected. If not, we even go in deeper shit. But hey, someone has to tidy up. I doubt that this maniac will do it as he's always the first leaving the room when the shit hits the fan.
