Ukraine’s current IMF program is equivalent to 800 per cent of the country’s quota at the Fund, whereas Greece had two programmes worth 3,200 per cent (two thirds disbursed) and 2,159 per cent of its quota, respectively. The EU and the US do not need to use taxpayer money to support Ukraine
