Most people join a team and wait for instructions.
That’s fine. But if all you do is show up, complete tasks, and leave
“You’re easily replaceable”.
What sets you apart is your ability to think beyond the task.
When I’m working with any team, I ask myself:
- What is the bigger goal here?
- What decisions are they not seeing clearly?
- What can I suggest to improve the outcome?
This doesn’t mean doing other people’s jobs.
It means being aware enough to add meaningful input.
You can design a page and also suggest a flow improvement.
You can write a post and also recommend the best time to publish it.
Don’t just be a quiet worker in the corner.
Contribute. Be seen. Be remembered
