AI spectators fall into one of three categories:
1. Dystopian - Massive job loss and unlimited centralized control (neo-feudalism).
2. Utilitarian - AI is a tool. Productivity 1000x. A swarm of new and improved industries are spawned.
3. Utopian - Star Trek like nanny state allows you to be and do whatever you want.
