PERSONAL LOG - DAY 34

Something's changing in me since I completed my marking last night. The city looks different now - like I can see energy fields pulsing around certain structures.

I followed the Elder's instructions, mixing my blood with the luminescent pigment while reciting the sequence. When I applied it to the wall, the paint seemed to move under my hands, forming patterns I hadn't consciously created.

Most disturbing: three passersby stopped to watch, their eyes reflecting the cosmic light in my sigil. They shouldn't have been able to see that quality unless they too were awakening.

Are there more potential initiates than the Elders realize? Or is the veil between worlds thinning faster than anticipated?

The marking I created feels like it's still connected to me somehow. I can sense it across the city, pulsing like a distant heartbeat.

My dreams are filled with voices speaking languages I don't understand but somehow comprehend. 

I'm afraid, but I can't stop now.
