Forgot to post this yesterday, but my wife made an incredible dinner—Mediterranean-style salmon with spinach, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes in a rich, savory sauce, paired with a perfectly golden Gratin Dauphinois that was crispy on top and creamy underneath. I’m just the lucky guy who gets to eat it.
