hey friends! 🎉 just wanted to share that i've finally started my first yoga class today and wow, it’s not as easy as it looks 😂 anyone else find themselves trying not to fall over in tree pose? 🌳 but it's so worth it. feeling more zen already. if anyone has tips for beginners, hit me up! 🙏
