"Paris, Texas" 1984 by Wim Wenders
For German film directors who grew up after the war, the United States has always been an inescapable element on their creative path. The title "Paris, Texas", which aims to create a combination of the two regions of Europe and America, instead tells a story of a shattered dream... The film contains so much that it's impossible to interpret it rationally. I recommend this film to everyone I meet, but very few people have the patience to watch it
