What attracted me to Farcaster was the opportunity to be part of a community that was still not set in stone. I like the fact that's it's easy to meet people here if you're building / creating stuff. Getting paid for it through various mechanism is nice but it wouldn't be so cool it weren't for all the people I met. You should really consider rebalancing the narrative: come build on Farcaster, make friends and money. But that only works for devs / tech people so we need a more general word. Then, to sum it up: Come create on Farcaster, make friends and money along the way.
