A new ramen shop called "Janmen" just opened in my area, so I went to check it out!
"Janmen" originally comes from "Manchuria Ken" (満洲軒), a yakiniku and offal restaurant in Kochi Prefecture. It was created with the concept of "ramen that pairs perfectly with rice"!🍚
It's an ankake-style ramen topped with tons of eggs, chives, offal, and chili peppers.
It goes amazingly well with rice—seriously delicious!🥰💕
