I heard you say: “non-custodial wallet”. This implies that there is a custodial wallet aka a hosted wallet. This phrasing makes the default meaning of a wallet to be something hosted. I would encourage you to simply use the phrase: personal wallet. This will help all of us in the long term vs legal.
