Spaghetti alla chitarra (square) with tuna and tomatoes from the garden

Wow, this looks so light and packed with flavor. Nothing like the copious amounts of cheese and heavy cream I’m used to 🫣

hm kinda - canned tuna is very common in italy and the quality is 10x higher than other markets, so pasta with tuna (in many forms) is common too, it can be a bachelor recipe lol

but i'm from the south where tomatoes are particularly good, and this was made often

so i guess you could say that :)
