So, I finally made it to Bora Bora, the island paradise I'd been dreaming of for years! I was ready for relaxation, luxury, and crystal-clear waters. But, as I stepped off the plane, I realized I had forgotten one crucial thing: my sense of balance🤣As I made my way to my overwater bungalow, I tripped on the dock and face-planted into a nearby coconut tree. The locals were shocked, my sister was laughing, and I was...well, I was just trying to gather my dignity (and my scattered coconut flakes).But that was just the beginning. Later that day, I tried to snorkel with sharks (bad idea), got my hair tangled in a sea fan (don't ask), and accidentally ordered a drink with an umbrella that was literally on fire (true story).Despite the mishaps, Bora Bora still managed to charm me with its stunning beauty, warm hospitality, and hilarious locals who laughed with me (not at me...I hope). And, let's be real, even a clumsy traveler like me couldn't resist the island's [email protected] would love to hear yours

Part 1: Many years ago, I was traveling with my wife to visit her family in a remote city in China. After a very long flight, we arrived at Shanghai Pudong airport, where everything smelled like smoke. We first did a little sightseeing. The Pearl tower was incredible. We were on one of the upper observation decks, where you can stand on glass and look straight through the floor to the ground. We then looked over in the corner and saw that there was a lot of caution tape in that area right near where we were standing.🤣 Needless to say, we decided it was a good time to move on to something else. We later took a taxi from the airport to a bullet train station. Going across Shanghai took hours. Lots of traffic -- felt like NYC x 100. It turned out the taxi driver did not want to go beyond a certain point, and demanded a bribe to get us the rest of the way. Monetary compensation did not work, so we gave him some ginseng that my wife had gotten for her relatives in order to get there. End of Part 1.

I was in Peru when my friend and I wanted to score some pot. I was very hesitant because it's illegal there and I did not want to spend any nights in a Peruvian jail. My friend finally convinced me we would be OK and we headed out into the town square.We searched around & because I am a guy with dreadlocks sometimes weed tends to find me, lol! We get this group of guys waving us down to ask if we want to buy art. We say no, but then they blink and say, "We have other stuff too 😏" They say an absurb amount which translated to around $200. We say fck no! They ask how much we are willing to pay for an 8th, I say $60, after a no I say maybe $80... They quickly agree and hand us a folded newspaper, wrapped & tapped like a piece of art. We quickly go our separate ways.. We get back to the room, spend 5 mins unwrapping tape & newspapers only to find.. Absolutely nothing.. I rampage out of my room & storm the Plaza for an hour, while they probably watched from a market, hidden. Never found them! .⌐◨-◨

Went on an adventure to find Bjork in Iceland. My wife and I made friends with a local that told us he knew every bar Bjork hangs out and asked if we wanted to go find her. Of course we said yes. Lol. He took us to about 6 bars in about 8 hours and in-between bar stops he took us to different landmarks, one of which was a statue of Leif Erikson that locals put red lipstick on. 😂😂😂 Unfortunately, we didn't find Bjork.

Well quite a few years back, my sis, friend and I landed in Florida, us snowbirds in shorts in February. Anyways, they left me with all the luggage outside while they went and got the rental. This gentleman approached me and asked if I needed help with all that luggage, it was a girls trip so you can imagine. He than proceeded to grab some suitcases and announced he worked for ‘tibs’. I said “that’s nice “, he ended up walking away. I thought he worked for a company called’tibs’. Needless to say, I was a bit embarrassed after when I realized he worked for tips! 🤣

On December of 2015, me and my dad were supposed to embark on a cruise ship that circumnavigated New Zealand, leaving from Auckland and disembarking in Sydney, Australia. Our flight tickets were booked arriving to Auckland leaving from Sydney. My dad kept pestering us to look at the tour options to chose from. No one could find the cruise and there were no options, even as late as November. Only when my dad provided the link could we find the cruise, but no updates. A week before we were set to leave, my brother’s ex called my dad to tell him something was wrong with the cruise reservation, it said there were still 370 days to our cruise. "The story still continue at my reply lol"

So i will share one of mine in recent one of my trip to iceland. Me and my wife went to see Katla icecave iceland nd there in that hieght there was small track on the ice which we need to track. Nd it was so scary plus funny that we were walking like turtoise. Not even that i was so into it that while taking photo my foot went into glacier water nd it was damn cold, nd i felt like i will have hyperthermia my wife was laughing like mad. That day i thought if i slip even slightest , i will not go home. It was fun nd adventures day of my trip. Though, karma hits my wife back when we coming to the hotel she was slipped on the ice and i was damn laughed at her.😁 Though it just for fun, no one harmed. This is where we tracked that day begind the mountain at the top.
