Finally! After @kitana shared her story, I wrote to @akshaan and thanked him that this problem was over.

The problem was that I had a spam label for a long time, and even after the last update a week ago, when most 1 got label 2, we could not take part in the weekly rewards, our comments were hidden. And now even the PRO subscription didn’t help to fix it until it was considered in person and fixed manually.
