My electric Cuisinart kettle kicked the bucket after 10+ years so I’ve dusted off my old Mokapot. Honestly, with medium-light roasted specialty coffee beans this thing can make a really rich and flavorful cup without being too harsh, but there’s a very short window to avoid burning the coffee.
