Today’s a special coffee popup prep day. I’m making:
- 5L of a 1:6 coffee concentrate
- 2.5L of espresso martinis
- 2L of carajillo
for an evening coffee & cocktail menu.
Way out of my wheelhouse here. I’ve spent all week testing out my recipes.
