Lots of LEARING TO BE TAKING PLACE IN MINNESOTA💀 The crazy thing about “Quality Learing Center” is that it’s literally in downtown Minneapolis. They have received nearly $4 million in the past 2 years in CCAP funding (tax free) and are licensed for 99 children.
There are NO windows, no cars in the parking lot - just one white liberal women who supports a fraudulent daycare.
