This time, I'll start to testing a new idea using PVC pipes — aiming to build a rain-proof feeder with a lid. ☔🐶 Not just practical, but also with some style... the legs might even remind Noogles. 😎👓 One step closer to making the streets safer and smarter for our furry friends.
